Parent Survey Results 2011

The annual Casterbridge Parent Survey was carried out in July to enable us to understand from our parents what we are doing well and what we can improve upon.

At Grena Road 97% of parents were satisfied with the overall experience at the nursery and when asked how likely parents were to recommend us we scored 8.0 out of 10. Some highlights of the findings are that parents think the food is excellent (85% agree), the environment is great (84% agree) and that it provides the best preparation for school (96% agree). Parents said they would like more verbal feedback and our administration could be worked on, we are committed to improving these areas.
